Our supplier is having difficulties getting the angled connector for the dual motor connector cable used with
EnDat 2.2 encoders.
We must therefore change over the old connector to a new connector for this motor option.
The height of the new connector is reduced for all affected motors except for the size 2 motor.

On the size 2 motor, the encoder connector is 10.46 mm higher but still less than the height of the power
connector.
Affected products
All motors manufactured with a dual connector and EnDat 2.2 protocol are affected.
The motor order numbers below are affected:

The Z0 price as well as the part number remain unchanged.
Changes & Compatibility
The new connector is fully compatible with the previous connector.
Customers using size 2 motors with EnDat 2.2 and the dual connector should be informed of this change
immediately to avoid any installation issues potentially resulting from the increased height of 10.46 mm for
this motor size.
Roadmap
Both the motor CAD configurator on our website as well as the product documentation will be updated no
later than the end of September.
