The global resource crisis on the semiconductor market also affects certain components in the SiteManager
variants. Therefore, we must discontinue all Hardware SiteManager variants.
Customers will have the possibility for a last time buy for the SiteManager (no LTB for the StarterPackage),
but we suggest our customers to switch to the SiteManager successor products as soon as possible.

Successor products (hard- and software compatibility)
The SiteManager successor products are form and fit compatible and have additional features (3x Dev port,
USB, Serial, SD card slot, 10 Agents).
A direct drop-in replacement is not given. The reason for that is that the SiteManager variants have different
device IDs that they use when registering themselves in Automation Studio. This does not allow for a drop-in
replacement. For replacements, a step-by-step guide for easy customer migration shall be followed instead.

Other than that, the software is identical and the SiteManager can be configured with Automation Studio as
usual.
