Key Information
With this Sales Notice we would like to inform you about two major
topics that are related to Power Panel T30 Series:
1) We don't renew the currently valid ATEX certificate for all of our
6PPT30* Panels.
2) We are going to release a new Linux Image (V1.6.2) for our Power
Panel T30 that can only be installed and used on the Panels if a FW
Update has been performed before.

Cancelation of ATEX certificate
We would like to inform you about the cancelation of the ATEX certificate for our Power Panel T30 products.
This certificate will expire within the next three years and we won’t renew it because of cost-benefit ratio.
Based on the very rare feedback and seldom requests from the field, we don’t think that there may rise any
issue at a customer, if we do not extend the certificate anymore.
If you indeed have a customer using T30 with ATEX we would like to ask you to get in contact with Product
Managment to discuss potential alternative solutions for your customer.
